One of the ways OCMM hopes to reduce poverty, morbidities and mortalities in rural
communities is through Agriculture. We hope to empower households with the necessary tools
and knowledge needed for a bountiful harvest. This will reduce hunger, rejuvenate and
invigorate lives in the rural communities leading to a longer life span. OCMM hopes to embark
on large-scale farming, which our produce will be stored in our Food Banks for feeding the poor
in the rural communities and malnourished children in our hospitals and can also be sold to
generate income for other products. Funding this project will help us acquire lands, improved
seeds and mechanised tools for modern farming.
